NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals on the Use Variance application for Rockland Solar LLC. Applicant wishes to build a 5-megawatt solar array at 219 Amer Lake Rd. The maximum size allowed under Town Code 185-30.3 is 2 megawatts.
The SAID HEARING will be held on Tuesday October 17 in Town Hall, 95 Main Street, Livingston Manor, NY at 7:00 pm, at which time all interested parties, in person or by agent, will be heard. Written comments may be filed with the ZBA at P.O. Box 964, Livingston Manor, NY 12758 or may be emailed to the ZBA at k.madison@townofrocklandny.com by noon October 17.

The applicant is requesting a use variance to keep the sign.
