**“Anyone wishing to appear before the Town of Rockland Planning Board must submit all materials to the Secretary of the Board no later than ten (10) calendar days of prior to the meeting they wish to appear at.( If deadline falls on a weekend , submission is to be received that Friday at 4pm.)

Materials received after this date will be considered at the subsequent Planning Board meeting.” **
