Important Dates to Remember

• March 1: Taxable Status Date – All Exemption Applications and renewals are due in the Assessor’s Office
• April 1: Inventory for Assessments are available for review
• May 1: Tentative Roll Filed
• May, Fourth Tuesday: Grievance Day – Last day to file a grievance form to be reviewed by the Board of Assessment Review
• July 1: Final Roll Filed, Valuation Date
